Member Service in Action

Last Thursday was a particularly busy day at our Main Center location. With it being the day before the Fourth of July, our lobby was filled with members all day.

As the saying goes, when the going get tough - the tough get going. Our committment to member service last Thursday proved just this.

Our lobby typically closes just after 5:00 PM on Thursdays, and our drive-thru stays open until 6:00 PM. However, last Thursday we had a line of cars that stretched clear around our building after the lobby closed. Our staff became aware of this and quickly went into action. We held the lobby open past our normal hours and members stuck in the drive thru were invited inside to perform their transactions. Chief Operating Officer Susan Ward noted that the members' appreciation was evident and that the credit union staff maintained a great, positive attitude throughout the experience.

One of our credit union's service promises is to make it easy for our members to do business with us. Last Thursday, our staff proved its commitment to that promise. Visit one of our Centers to experience it for yourself!
